What we collect

Enquiries: when you send an enquiry, we collect your first name, email address, optional country or time zone, your area of interest and anything you choose to write in your message.

Life Evaluation questionnaire: if you complete the questionnaire, we collect your first name, optional last name, email address, optional country or time zone, your readiness rating (1–10) and any answers you choose to give. All reflection questions are optional. Some answers may include personal or sensitive information, such as matters relating to your wellbeing, so please share only what you are comfortable sharing.

Why and on what basis

We use enquiry information only to respond to you and, if we agree to work together, to arrange coaching. We use questionnaire answers only to understand your situation and to prepare for any conversation we may have.

The legal basis is your consent, given before you submit, and steps taken at your request before entering into an agreement. Where your answers include sensitive information, we rely on your explicit consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us; this does not affect processing that took place before you withdrew it.

Confirmation emails

When you send an enquiry or complete the questionnaire, you will automatically receive a simple acknowledgement email confirming that we have received it. This email does not include a copy of your questionnaire answers. These emails are sent only because of your submission and are not marketing.

How long it is kept

Enquiries and questionnaire submissions that do not lead to coaching are deleted 24 months after the last meaningful contact, unless a longer period is legally required.

If you become a client, records relating to our work together are kept for as long as necessary to provide our services, and afterwards for any period required by applicable legal, tax or accounting obligations.

Delivery records kept by our email service providers are retained in line with those providers' own policies. You may ask us to delete your information sooner at any time, subject to any legal obligation to retain it.

Sharing

We treat your personal information and Life Evaluation responses confidentially. We never sell your information or share it with third parties for their own marketing or commercial purposes. Trusted technical service providers may process information on our behalf only as necessary to operate the website and deliver our communications.

Submissions are delivered to us by email through our website hosting and email delivery providers, and are received and kept in an email account provided by Google.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information, or object to its processing, by emailing jillsuth1@gmail.com. You may also complain to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
